Storm In A Glass
I was researching online and I found these still images of an effect created by pouring water into a glass (except the last one). This was an interesting idea to play with in front of the camera in case a larger container doesn't work.

In-camera Effect
After brainstorming ideas we came up with the idea of using ink in water to create a water vortex and have ink clouds in the water. This would then have either a still from out footage placed behind the clear tank or project footage onto a screen behind it.
Materials Needed:

- Glass sheets or a glass tank
- Ink or paint
- Projector
- Stills camera
- Printer (to print the still)
- Water
- Something to generate a water vortex
- Atmospheric materials e.g. a smoke machine, strobe lights etc.

Digital Effect
For the digital effect we decided to film and edit footage of an aeroplane taking off at an airport and edit in atmospherics like lightning, rain, thunder etc. along with a soundtrack.
